However, I did experience some inconvenience with a leak in the bathroom, causing an unpleasant smell. The staff at reception seemed indifferent when I reported the issue, which was disappointing. Despite this, the attentive service in other areas, particularly from the restaurant staff, made my stay more pleasant. The breakfast was varied with plenty of options, including fresh fruits and pastries, which I really appreciated. I believe better staff training could enhance their overall customer service. Overall, I had a good stay with a few noted hiccups.

Located on a quiet side street yet just a two-minute walk from Stefan cel Mare Boulevard, the location is perfect for accessing the city without the hustle. The rooftop bar offers a lively atmosphere alongside great views, making it a good spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The smell in the sixth-floor room was off-putting, like smoke lingering despite being a non-smoking area, likely from the air-conditioning unit. Parking situations are pretty dicey. you can't reserve a spot, and if you arrive late, you might end up hunting for street parking. The breakfast options felt repetitive and lacked variety, with items often not labeled, requiring a scavenger hunt for decent food. Additionally, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable, leaving it feeling stale.
